  • Customer Services - we've installed SAP technology which means our office can manage and administer all key aspects of our business using a leading edge system. It also lets us offer "one-call resolution" with a single customer service phone number, so if you have queries or requests we'll deal with them on the spot. We value your feedback - even complaints - since resolving any issue immediately enables us to keep improving our service. SAP is the best practice solution in our industry and eliminates delays and errors for staff and clients.

  • Security - all our operatives carry electronic ID cards and are fully uniformed so they are immediately recognizable as authorized CIBS staff. We also assign a regular team to each client, so the same operatives will be on your premises each day and you can maintain a relationship of trust with them.

  • We operate a four tier monitoring approach:
    1- Daily time & attendance checks using technology.
    2- Two monthly structured satisfaction calls via Customer Services.
    3- Two monthly on site (during cleaning time) and training visits with area supervisors.
